PenCast- Try, Win, Lose, Learn

It’s artichoke Friday!  Another typical beautiful day on the beach- breezy, sunny, and cool…

I want to briefly address the anniversary of September 11th, 2001.  I was born and raised in New York for 18 years.  When it happened, I got that feeling….. that feeling that makes you feel sad and disgusted and helpless and nauseous all at the same time.  It changed me in many ways.  Perhaps now I value Freedom with greater awe than before.  In any case, let us bow our heads in a moment of silence for the victims, but then raise our heads for the heroes.

OK, clear your mind and take a deep breath.  Football is back!  Whether or not you are a fan, I have a treat for you.  Like John Madden making X’s and O’s and arrows, enjoy my latest PenCast!

  13. Hi Greg,

indeed, I grew up in Mercer County and our dads all worked on Wall Street. I remember when the Twin Towers went UP. Just saw them as an image without any other buildings nearby in a background sweep in the original Shaft or the ShaftII.

    Gives us pause.

Football is a game played with feet and a ball, not a game of running, head-on collisions and throwing a large rubber egg!!
