		<description>I have had those string of good and bad days. When I have the bad days, it usually is an issue of whether not I feel like I am doing all that I can to take up the space I&#039;m currently in.

		<description>I find affirmations said regularly every day help.  I have about 6 total I integrate into my waking up and going to bed routines.

I find that for me TV is a metal drain, so I have no TV in my house.   I don&#039;t mean one that&#039;s there but turned off.  There is not TV.

Besides the mental relief it gives me I don&#039;t have a bill that approaches $1,000.00 a year.

And I have it on my eating list for tomorrow to eat extra greens and get in a good work out to destress and rebuild.
