A revolution Is about to occur in business performance improvement (BPI) — A revolution that addresses two-neglected corner stones of business: the quality of data and personnel. It’s impossible for your business to achieve the full measure of profitability balanced against customer, and personnel satisfaction and engagement unless these cornerstones have been optimized. And there is only one way to achieve this optimum condition, and that’s through the full application of technology. Therefore, this engineering technology that’s been extensively used to solve complex mechanical, electrical, and thermal system problems can now also be used for business applications. CPs are the smaller subset of processes that control most of the potential (60% to 90%) for added profit, out of the thousands of business processes, and (2) the requirements of BPI have not been fully integrated into current BPI. The result is that your resources are wasted on processes that aren’t critical, and BPI goals haven’t been properly integrated into these pseudo-BPI methods. This “missing link” in current business management results in US businesses leaving far too-much money on the table, and this includes a serious loss in: personnel compensation and engagement, product and service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Your option Is to continue doing business as usual using limited tools like Customer Engagement Planning, but remember, yes you can achieve some moderate level of added BPI, but nothing compared with what PROBE offers, because none of these current tools we’ve surveyed have the potential capability for any real level of 21st century BPI.
