Want to Start Your Own Business?

Dougall  Joint Venture Catalog 2010

A few months ago, I completed a rigorous course by acclaimed speaker and author Kevin Hogan.  I would describe it as a boot camp for Internet Marketing, Sales, Networking, and Loyal Customer Acquisition.   I highly recommend it!

Over the years, I’ve stacked 10 (mostly 5 subject) notebooks full of writing.  From them I’ve published 3 books (so far).  But there is so much more to organize.  I recently completed compiling good ideas for profitable products, services, and more.   Here are the categories:

  1. Ebooks /Books
  2. Business or Company
  3. Websites
  4. Products
  5. Services
  6. Charities /Foundations
  7. Group Events /Seminars
  8. Blogs / Articles / Stories
  9. Audio / Video / Photography

Now from my classmates in Hogan’s course, I learned that there are people out there who have an idea for a business, but don’t know how to get it to market, OR, there are willing entrepreneurs who want to find a worthy product or idea to sell, but don’t have the time to write a book or make a movie.

I have a Joint Venture idea to make everyone happy, and it’s sponsored by Philanthrocorp Inc. and Future Classic Media.

Now, here’s how it works.  I’ve compiled 179 potential products, services, or forms of marketable media.

The entrepreneur buys an exclusive list of 100 opportunities for a fee.  Then, included is an optional business plan, marketing plan, and all the pieces of the puzzle such as copyrights, designs, descriptions, business models, mock-ups, images, market demographic, patents, trademarks, prices, cost estimates, mission, and values.    Most the hard stuff is done!

They pick one thing to promote and sell, and use their knowledge plus my support companies to provide detailed templates and resources.

Whoever leases the rights of the concept will then pay a fee of  just 2% of gross sales.  1% goes to the originator of the product or service, and the other 1% goes to one of two places:

HFA

                                                 FAD Foundation

The owner keeps 98% of the profits and all they have to do is the sales, marketing, and affiliate networking to sell it- BUT their gameplan is already mapped and blueprinted in advance.

This will be an exclusive opportunity for those involved, AND each leg of the venture will cross-promote the products inside the family.   Eventually, the catalog will be printed in paper and subscribers will look forward to each fascinating issue.

If YOU HAVE an IDEA to submit, contact me and you might be entitled to 1% of gross revenue for life.  What do you think?

I believe this solves two of the biggest problems for entrepreneurs-

-What valuable new product or service can I sell to people?

-How can I get paid for my creation, even if I don’t know how to sell it?

Welcome! An introduction is in order..

“Hi” and thanks for visiting. There are four important projects that I am committing time, love, and energy to.   I believe they are all significant, new, and very interesting!  The first is a series of inspirational non-fiction books called “The Upward Spiral”.   Its goal is simply to remind its readers to feel good, every day.   I’ll be posting new quotations, so check back often.

Next is a cutting edge business management system derived from aerospace engineers (rocket scientists!), currently reconfigured for car dealerships. It is called PROBE, or probabilistic business engineering. Amazingly, it claims to use 100-year old technology to increase customer satisfaction, personnel (employee) satisfaction, and profits.  I’ll be posting new theories and findings on the latest research.

Third is Sapling, Vermont maple liqueur, made by my brother-in-law. In my humble opinion, it is absolutely delicious, and I want to be able to share it with my friends- especially around the Holidays…  It is my job to introduce it to every State in our beautiful country!    America sure is great….

Finally, I am co-producing a documentary film on Autism. I was a behavioral therapist for some time (rent the movie “The Miracle Worker” for a typical work day), so I’ll work on this noble cause next in order to reach more people.  One on one therapy is very difficult and humbling.   Why autism?  Because 1 in 150children  is way too high a ratio.    I look forward to sharing my progress and passion.                 ~Greg
